Terms of service

What the service does

WpAgent connects your WordPress sites to a management interface and, on paid plans, to an agent that carries out your requests in plain language. Access to your site goes through a plugin you install and an API key you generate: you decide the scope of the permissions granted, and you can withdraw them at any time.

Plans

Prices in euros, inclusive of tax for consumers; applicable VAT is shown at checkout. The Discovery plan is read-only: it analyses a site but does not modify it and makes no call to an AI model.

Subscription, payment and cancellation

• —Subscriptions are monthly with no minimum term, charged by Stripe on the anniversary date.
• —You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the service stays available until then.
• —No pro-rata refund is given for a started period, except for a prolonged outage attributable to us.
• —Failure to pay suspends paid features; the account and its data remain readable.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer under French consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw. By subscribing you request immediate performance: if you then withdraw, you still owe the pro-rata of what has already been supplied. This right does not apply to businesses acting in a professional capacity.

What stays your responsibility

• —Backing up your sites. The agent can change and delete content when you ask it to: a current backup is your safety net.
• —The scope of the permissions you grant to each API key.
• —The lawfulness of what you have the agent do on your sites and of the content you publish.
• —Keeping your login credentials confidential.

What we do not guarantee

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Output produced by an AI model can be wrong: on sensitive actions, check before you confirm.

We are not liable for damage caused by a third party, by your host, by a plugin or theme installed on your site, nor for data loss following your own failure to keep backups.

Where our liability is engaged, it is limited to the amounts you paid us during the twelve months preceding the triggering event.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that endangers the service or a third party’s infrastructure, or that is used for plainly unlawful purposes. Except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise, we warn you first.

Changes to these terms

Any substantial change is notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If it does not suit you, you may cancel free of charge before that date.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please write to yohann@kipdev.io so we can look for an amicable solution. Failing that, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform. The competent courts are those of KIPDEV SAS’s registered office, save for any mandatory provision protecting consumers.
